AS I was searching YouTube for some Michael Jackson videos, I happened to stumble upon this interview (and a few others) I had not seen before.

AS I was watching the frame at 2 min 2 sec I thought “This dude is slick.”

THIS is how it’s done gentlemen. Need I say more?

R.I.P. Tyga’s Artist Freddy E Commits Suicide

R.I.P. Freddy E

This is beyond SAD.

Tyga’s Artist Freddy E has committed suicide after a series of disturbing tweets yesterday.

Many are blaming this on his apparent break-up with rapper Honey Cocaine, but of course there had to have been something else that drove this young man to kill himself.

Regardless, our thoughts and prayers go out to his family & may he REST IN PEACE

Like Michael Jackson at Disneyland

“Captain EO” Michael Jackson and a woman who appears to be Elizabeth Taylor, but probably isn’t lolz!

I’m here at Disneyland celebrating the New Year, and I am ecstatic about seeing Captain EO for the second time since it reopened a few years ago! I feel like an excited Michael Jackson at Disneyland!

Since I’m in such a great mood, I thought I would compile a list of my favorite videos of Michael Jackson at Disneyland and share them with all of you.

Some of these videos are rare home movies from Disney guests, and it’s interesting to see Michael being himself without all the media hoop-la.  It’s just him and his fans, or in some cases him and Disney.

Michael at Disneyland: 83′

I posted this video because I love what Michael is wearing. A simple Mickey Mouse tee over a button-up, tucked into jeans and a bow-tie to complete the look.  Of course he also rocks his trademark Aviator Glasses.

Michael at Disney World: 83′

This is a cool family vacation video, and the cameraman happened to capture some footage of Michael.  There is also another recognizable gentleman in the video. He is wearing a suit and appears to be John Landis, the famous “American Werewolf In London” and “Thriller” director. If this is Landis, maybe they were meeting at Disney World to discuss the Thriller video. Pretty damn cool!

Michael at Disneyland: 70’s, 80′, and Captain EO

A time capsule of performances that the Jackson Brothers and Michael did over the course of a decade.  This is beautifully executed, and Michael’s voice in the 1980 Disney 25th Anniversary Special is amazing as he sings “When You Wish Upon A Star.”

Michael at Disney: 88′

Michael at his BADDEST!

Have a Happy and Wonderful New Year Everyone! Stay Beautiful, Stay Chic, and Stay Fresh in 2013!

Peace Ya’ll

The Game- Dead People (Prod. by Dr. Dre)

It’s nice to hear some more hot production from Dr. Dre.  Lately, most of the songs Dre has appeared on as a guest artist are produced by other producers.  Needless to say, I’m excited to hear more Dre directed tracks. Let’s hope he releases more productions from his growing vault of unreleased material.

I bring to you Dead People by The Game, production courtesy of The Good Doctor (Dr. Dre).

MIXTAPE OF THE WEEK +: Iamsu!- “Kilt: Deluxe Edition”

Iamsu!- "KILT"

                                                                  Iamsu!- “KILT”

The newest MIXTAPE OF THE WEEK + comes from Bay Area rapper Iamsu!.  This mixtape was released earlier this year, but I love it to death.  Definitely party friendly.

Iamsu! has been successfully paving his way into the rap industry within the last year.  He has been featured on E-40’s hit “Function” and Loverance’s smash single “Up.”

MIXTAPE OF THE WEEK +: SAP- “Surprise, Surprise”

SAP- “Surprise, Surprise”

The holidays had me slacking on the MIXTAPE OF THE WEEK +. Since I was late, I’ll let this mixtape stay up on our site until the end of next week.

This week’s MIXTAPE OF THE WEEK comes from Sap (Da Beat Man), an upcoming producer/rapper from Philly who has been shaking the air waves recently with a co-producer credit on Game’s “Celebration” single.  Sap is also the beat master behind Mac Miller’s “Donald Trump,” a huge hit to say the least.

Earlier this year SAP released his mixtape “Surprise, Surprise,” showcasing both his rapping and producer skills.  While his rapping may not be “Five Mic” quality, his production skills dwarf most producers his age.

His best beats are unique, with “bounce” reminiscent of a clash between Swizz Beatz and Southern flavored Hip-Hop.  Of course his catalogue of sounds is not restricted. He has songs and instrumentals for everyone to enjoy.

Not too long ago Sap signed with Cool and Dre, and he has been working hard to get his name and beats recognized in the industry.

His hustle only gets harder, making him stronger by the minute.  I’m looking forward to what this genius has in store for the future of beat makers and producers. I know his sound will change the industry.

Sap’s new mixtape “The Invite” will be released in early February 2013.  We will definitely remind everyone when it’s released.
