Fresh Clinic Terms of Service
Fresh Clinic LLC only accepts credit card payments through Paypal.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are shipped via United States Priority Mail within 48 hours of receiving payment with tracking numbers.
All items are produced in limited quantities. Orders may be canceled due to insufficient stock.
All sales are Final. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted and/or honored. Please review your order carefully to ensure that it is accurate before your order is finalized. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email Fresh Clinic LLC at FreshClinic@Live.com. Please send the name of the item and order you are inquiring about to expedite a quick response. You are also encouraged to email us with any questions before finalizing purchase.
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the case an item is mis-listed, Fresh Clinic LLC reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not constitute a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Fresh Clinic LLC. Please further note that Fresh Clinic LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Fresh Clinic LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $12 for all orders in the continental U.S. Shiiping to Canada is $20. International Orders are shipped at a flat rate of $50. Customer will be contacted before any additional shipping charges are to be made.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. For International orders, please email Fresh Clinic LLC for more information.
